Labor Day

We need to take a new picture of the beach across the street.  The shoreline has been eaten away so that there is very little  sand bar left to sit on the beach, and the blue bubbles are aplenty.  Ouch!

This morning, I woke up at 4:15AM, and I thought I would just wake up and exercise.  It took about 20 seconds before I realized it was a holiday, and we could sleep in.  And we did, until 6:30AM.  We enjoyed visiting with the ohana in Needham, Massachusetts on Skype.  I love this technology.  

I have been watching the Dog Whisperer almost all day.  It was a marathon of DW on NatGeo!  But I did take time off to have a BBQ with the family in the backyard, and then we all went to the beach afterward.  A new young couple moved in next door, who has moved from MA, to teach for one year at BYUH.  They came to have some grinds with us all.  Justin and Chyna, and baby Logan also came from Honolulu to spend the day with the family.  

It has been a nice day.
