Hiking Manoa Falls

This was a short but very hard hike because of this beautiful jungle forest, and the muddy trail.  I am going to be so sore tomorrow.   This was a well spent day with the family, after the hike we went to the Ala Moana Beach before returning to Laie, and the opening of the new theatre showing Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.  What a day, wish we could post all of the photos of this fabulous day.
